Computer lookup and information
This portion allows a tech to enter a computer name and the tool will automatically check if it is online, and who is logged in to the computer. The computer name text box also interacts with several other components of the tool to allow the user of the tool to run various functions on the target computer.

Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) Tools
These buttons allow the tech to open various RDP tools to the target computer, or select one of the virtual machines (VM) to remote to. This allows quick and easy access for the techs to remote assist the customer.

Computer Interaction and Information
This section contains several buttons that allow the tech to view and control various aspects of a target computer. Restarting a remote computer, viewing all running processes or files on the computer and several other functions provide quick access to useful frequently used functions.

User Search
This allows a tech to search by either, first and last name, user name or email address and query their internal pages for user information.
This opens up the user information in the default browser.

Document Access and Organization
This section contains a drop down menu that hold any and all useful documents that a tech may need quick access to.
The list of available documents is easily configured simply by adding a shortcut to the document to the shared folder and it is available for all techs.

Website Access and Organisation
Here a tech is able to open frequently used sites, or open one of those sites on a remote computer to aid a user. There are also options to allow the tech to enter a custom URL.

Program Settings
This two buttons allow the tech to remove all other added printers besides the default printer that was available for the unit.
The default printer is easily changed by modifying the printer name in the settings file.

This is the output window where the app displays the information requested, and success messages for requests.

Visual Cusomisation Options
The default app was a little too boring to leave default. So customization options were put in to spice up the visuals of the program.
The customization includes the ability to change the buttons and other controls colour and opacity. And also allowing a background photo to be set
These options are all saved and reapplied the next time the program is launched.

Built in Note Pad
The tool comes with a built in notepad to allow the tech to quickly write things down and keep it all in one place.
The content is saved locally to the techs computer so they can keep the note permanently
